This is our complete engine rebuild solution for the S63TU4 platform — powering the F90 M5, F91/F92/F93 M8, and F95/F96 X5M & X6M models.
Each build begins with a $1,500 deposit, with the remaining balance due via certified funds. Engines are fully disassembled, cleaned, and inspected. Rods and pistons are clearance-checked, oil pumps are rebuilt, and all wear items are replaced with new BMW OE gaskets, seals, and bolts. RK-spec rod and main bearings are standard on all builds. For high-horsepower applications, forged upgrades are available — including Carrillo rods and ACL race-coated bearings.

• Full engine disassembly and inspection
• All components cleaned to remove oil, sludge, carbon, etc.
• Rods and pistons inspected and clearances checked
• New RK-spec rod bearings and main bearings installed
• Oil pump disassembled, cleaned, and rebuilt
• All gaskets and seals replaced
• New head bolts and main bearing cap bolts installed

• Complete disassembly, cleaning, and inspection
• All new OE BMW consumables (gaskets, seals, stretch bolts, etc.)
• Rebuilt cylinder heads with latest BMW OE valve seals
• Carrillo forged connecting rods
• ACL race-coated bearings
