RK Fire Ring installation is a precision-machined process that enhances head gasket sealing by cutting custom grooves into the engine block and seating fire rings that bite into the head during torque-down. Designed for S63 engines, this service prepares your block for extreme combustion pressure and eliminates the risk of sealing failure.

Each service includes groove machining for eight fire rings.

All machining is performed in-house at our Fort Worth facility using CNC equipment. This service is available for shipped-in engines. Please ensure your block is clean and stripped before sending. Additional cleaning fees may apply if prep is required.
